His legal career includes extensive work with the State of Florida, where he held key roles such as Assistant General Counsel and Chief Legal Counsel. Michael specializes in administrative law, healthcare law, insurance regulation, and securities. His proven ability to defend licensed insurance professionals and manage complex administrative cases makes him a valuable asset to the firm’s clients.

Licensed to practice law in Florida, Michael has successfully handled high-volume, fast-paced caseloads while supervising legal teams and improving the efficiency of legal divisions. His deep understanding of regulatory matters has consistently led to positive outcomes in administrative hearings and legal proceedings. Michael’s leadership and legal expertise are complemented by a Master of Science in Risk Management and Insurance and a Master of Business Administration from Florida State University, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law.
