Licensed to practice law in Florida, John has successfully led high-stakes legal teams, overseeing the prosecution of cases involving healthcare practitioners, including those related to sexual misconduct, substance impairment, and emergency disciplinary actions. As Chief Counsel for multiple regulatory boards—including Dentistry, Chiropractic Medicine, Massage Therapy, Psychology, and Allied Health Professions—he played a key role in shaping policies and procedures to enhance public protection.
John’s commitment to healthcare regulation and professional licensure defense is rooted in his strong legal foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Florida, followed by a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law.
